Fermented and matured in oak casks, the Maritime Climate is particular suited to Pinot Noir, producing a smooth, medium bodied wine, exhibiting ripe cherry fruit flavours and silky tannins on the palate and a delicious earthiness in the bouquet.

CARNIVAL RED 2011

Made from a blend of Rondo, Regent and Dunkelfelder grapes fermented and matured in oak casks, producing a well-rounded, easy drinking red wine with a remarkably deep purple hue. Exhibiting subtle ripe cherry flavours, with a hint of mint.

TITCHFIELD TUDOR CELEBRATION 2014

Also made from a blend of Rondo, Regent and Dunkelfelder grapes, fermented and matured in oak casks, producing a well-rounded, easy drinking red wine with a remarkably deep purple hue. Exhibiting subtle ripe cherry flavours, with a hint of mint.

FUME 2010

This gently oaked wine is based on the Bacchus grape and has a smoky, smooth texture with lovely gooseberry aromas and flavours.

BACCHUS 2014

The Bacchus grape is perfect for the English climate, producing a wine with a zingy, gooseberry aroma and flavour.

CARNIVAL WHITE 2011

This dry wine is made from the Schoenburger grape and is fermented in stainless steel to combine youthfulness with a fresh and fruity character.

Sparkling Wines

SOUTHERN SHORE - BRUT NV

The three traditional “Champagne” grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, are used to produce this bottle-fermented sparkling wine. The heritage of warm southern shores and strawberry growing tradition is evident in its bouquet. This sparkling wine has a fine mousse and long, elegant finish.

SOUTHERN SHORE - ROSÉ NV

Made from Pinot Noir, Dunkelfelder and Auxerrois, this traditionally produced sparkling wines is a beautiful salmon pink colour with summer berries on the nose and peach stone and brioche on the palate. It has a soft, fine mousse with good permanence.

FESTIVAL

Made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Auxerrois, the latest addition to the Titchfield Vineyard portfolio, this traditionally bottle fermented sparkling wine is perfect for any occasion.

• A welcome letter
• A certificate of adoption, valid for twelve months
• A photograph of your chosen vine
• One bottle of Southern Shore Sparkling Brut

During the year, you will be invited to visit the vineyard for a tour and a wine tasting or you may join us for our Jazz in the Vineyard event should you prefer. 

At the end of the year you will receive a bottle of wine from your chosen vine.

Wine Club

Our wine club is operated by our sister company The Cork and Cheese.

For an annual fee of £20 you will receive:-

• An invitation to visit the vineyard for a tour and a wine tasting or you may join us for our Jazz in the Vineyard event should you prefer.
• The opportunity to join us for the annual grape picking at harvest time (usually the end of September/beginning of October).
• 10% discount on all wines purchased at The Cork and Cheese.

Bespoke Hampers

It’s always hamper season at our sister company The Cork and Cheese! So why not choose some of the lovely Titchfield wines and have them made up into a gorgeous hamper? You could perhaps include other local products as well, to give someone a real taste of the South Coast!

Hampers are ideal for Christmas or birthday gifts. They are also the perfect way to say thank you, well done or welcome. Corporate are orders always welcome, so contact us if you want to really impress your clients, customers or staff with a fabulous gift.

If you are local, why not  come in and browse our lovely cheese counter, deli and wine shelves and choose all the lovely goodies you know the recipient loves. Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll make up a fabulous one-off hamper for you, which is bound to delight.  Alternatively, you can tell us how much you want to spend and give us a rough idea of what you want included and we can do the rest for you.

Whatever you decide to do, we guarantee you’ll be pleased with the end result. We can also deliver your hamper for you, so you don’t even have to come into the shop if you aren’t local. Just contact us to discuss your requirements and leave the hard work to us!   

Private Wine tours

The vineyard is not open to the public on a regular basis, but private group tours can be arranged. The cost is £10.00 per person for a tour and tasting (still wines), £12.00 per person to include a cheese platter or £15.00 per person to include our Southern Shore sparkling wines in the tasting.
